In Home Training

Our private courses are perfect for those who would like to have more individual attention.  They are designed to be much like a group class, but you will achieve much faster results because the focus is totally on you, your family and your dog.  While group classes have great value, they are not the best learning environment for all dogs.  We have several options to choose from!  If you're not sure which option is best for you and your dog, please contact Beth for guidance.  Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available at your convenience.

Puppy Course:  There is a lot of work to be done with a new puppy and much of it must happen within a certain time frame.  Once your puppy passes 16 weeks of age, you will have to fix problems rather than prevent them.  This private course is designed to walk you through each stage so that you don't miss a step.  The course breaks down your puppies early education into easily doable steps that will not overwhelm you, your pup or your family. Course is 5 weeks in length.  First session is one hour and the four consecutive sessions are 45 minutes in length.

Dog Course:  This private course is for any dog (over four months) who has found a new home.  You will receive support and guidance as your dog becomes a part of your family.  Many rescued dogs come with some "baggage" and end up being returned because owners aren't sure how to deal with problems that emerge along the way.  My goal is to help you and your new dog stay together.  This course will be tailored to the specific needs of each dog, owner and family.  Course is 5 weeks in length.  First session is one hour and the four consecutive sessions are 45 minutes in length.
